Appointed as subject matter experts in 2020, to set out the assurance strategy and processes to comply with the Rail stakeholder’s HS2/LUL/TFL & NR with a End to End Assurance Strategy.

This included assurance team organisation with R&R structure, deliverables, assurance mapping against disciplines as well as assurance spatial breakdown following UNICLASS classification for asset assurance identification, in accordance with ISO55000 Asset Management.

For the Traction Substation we are providing strategic support with the provision of the Assurance Process Strategy, and for the Taxi Rank we provided a Consultancy team within the project to manage the implementation of the assurance process a lease directly with Network
